SALES TAXES

Axor Helmets shows the final price to the customer. The seller or the party selling goods on our website is responsible for paying sales taxes in their own state as per the applicable product VAT.

RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon Axor Helmets' delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to Axor Helmets' standard terms of sale.

FORCE MAJEURE

Axor Helmets shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the website irrespective of the cause.

Cancellation Policy

• Before dispatch - 100% refund
• Post dispatch - no refund.

Complaints

• Quality - If found to be different than description, it will be replaced. Return freight of the lot will be borne by us, and a new one will be sent at our cost too.
• Damaged in transit - Do not accept the goods. If very urgent, please mention the same on the courier slip/transporter LR before accepting it.
• Please intimate the quantity of damaged pieces with proof by attaching pictures by email, and we will refund your money, credit your account, or replace the defective goods.
• If the customer cancels any order before order dispatch, then the money would be refunded. In case the shipment has been dispatched, a refund would be given, but customers will be responsible for shipping charges against canceled orders.
• In case of damage, kindly do not accept.
• In case of manufacturing defect, goods will be replaced/refunded as per need.
